HINDUISM ASSIGNMENTS
For this unit, teams of students will prepare webpages on Hinduism. These pages will then be made available on this site for other students who are studying religion or history. Remember that these pages will be available to a real world audience and will be accessible through most search engines.
Please use the following structure to organize your webpages:
SECTION 1: THE ORIGINS OF HINDUISM
SECTION 2: THE VEDAS
SECTION 3: GODS AND GODDESSES
SECTION 4: BELIEFS
SECTION 5: PRACTICES
Divide the teams so that all of the research is covered; select a technician to construct the page. FRONTPAGE 2002 is available on one of the computers for the technical producer to build the page.
Each of the sections above should have an explanatory essay covering the material and should have links to help expand the information. Artwork, design and presentation are open to the groups' creativity.
